In preparation for Easter coming up in just a few days, here's a fun freebie 5x7 printable image, as well as a Cover Photo for FB!

I'm so excited that we've reached Spring! Along with Spring comes the promise of warmer temperatures ahead. 

In celebration of that, here's a freebie 8x10 chalkboard printable!

The download folder will ensure that you get the full size full resolution image.  

**Make sure to give the image a minute or two when clicking on it in the download folder! The file is 5MB and full of chalk and chalkboard detail, so it takes just a bit to fully load and clear up! Don't be alarmed at the initial fuzziness as it loads. ;) **

Freebie Cutting File {SVG & DXF Formats} for Silhouette

Hello and welcome to more freebie downloads!

If you're a Silhouette user (or another type of cutting machine), here's two free cutting files!

These would make super-cute coasters! I've been having a difficult time finding plain round ones to decorate, but I'm sure they exist. ;)

These can be used for personal use or small business use! Limitations include selling or distributing the files. Feel free to use within your own product for sale!

On the download page, you'll see a zip folder towards the top left, just click on that!

Included in this set are both pattern designs, in SVG format as well as DXF.  If you're using these with Silhouette, you'll need the Designer Edition of Studio to open these SVG files.  Just have the Standard Edition? The DXF format which we're also including will be your friend!

For both formats, load into Studio. Make sure you select the entire pattern, then under "Cut Settings" and under "Cut Style" you'll choose "Cut". That will turn on the red cut lines.

DIY Personalized Easter Bunny using Freebie Cutting File Set

It's Friday!

It's been awhile since our last Friday Freebie (though we've posted tons of freebies on other days also recently, be sure to check those out!).  Life with a homeschooler in Kindergarten, a preschooler, and a teething baby just doesn't slow down!

During today's nap time I was able to get started on creating a design I used with my Silhouette to create a shirt for my daughter to wear at her upcoming Easter party at preschool. 
I'm all about that personalizing!

For any of my design projects that come out fantastic, I'm happy to share with you with some free downloads! A successful finished craft project for me equals freebies for you! ;)

This freebie cutting file set for your Silhouette includes the bunny file personalized as shown above, as well as with a blank center.  The personalized file can give you an idea of letter/name placement, and the blank bunny gives you a bunny canvas all ready for personalizing (or just use the bunny shape by itself, either way!).  For my design, I used Sofia font for the capitol letter L, and Subway Regular font for the name. Feel free to use any of your favorite fonts!

This design gives you the option to use the outline of the bunny with the eyes, or the center of the bunny with the eyes cut out! 
Either way.

Included are the SVG format as well as the DXF format of the personalized bunny as well as the blank bunny.

These SVG files can only be loaded into the *Designer Edition* of studio, so if you have the standard edition, the DXF format will be your friend!

***Just select your shape, then turn on the cut lines...found in your cut settings.***

***Don't forget...if you have any letters or words on your design for heat transfer, make sure to flip the design around backwards.  I do this by right clicking on the design and choosing "flip horizontal".****

DIY Easter Countdown Chalkboard with Free SVG Cutting File Set!

Hey all!

We had such a warm Spring-like day yesterday so I started up a Spring project.  I love how it came out so I am sharing the SVG files in case you want to create one of your own!

I started out with an 8x10 chalkboard with attached twine for hanging, that I purchased at the infamous Wal-Market (you know the actual name!) for $1!!

Then I used regular standard white vinyl, along with my shapes I created.

This freebie SVG set for your Silhouette includes the Chevron Egg file, the Easter Countdown words file, as well as the rectangle with the word "DAYS" underneath it.

These SVG files can only be loaded into the Designer Edition of Silhouette Studio.

I also created all three files in DXF format, for those who don't have the Designer Edition. If you have the standard edition, the DXF format will be your friend.

For those with the Designer Edition, SVG or DXF will work for you! 

***For the SVGs, just select your shape, then turn on the cut lines...found in your cut settings.***
