Strawberry cake batter wafers...

I came across an amazing recipe not too long ago from Something Swanky.  The recipe was for red velvet cake batter dip!! It was as amazing as it sounds!! To get that recipe, check out Something Swanky! I used that recipe, and just traded the red velvet cake mix for strawberry cake mix, mostly because it was all I had at the time!  

I simply put some dip between two vanilla wafers, and sprinkled colored nonpareils on the edges of the dip.  Tastes amazing!!


Something Swanky's recipe comes out perfectly with the strawberry cake mix. Their recipe calls for 2 cups of cake mix, which only uses half of your box!  Save the other half for another batch! Such a yummy way to have the flavor of cake batter, without actually eating cake batter.
