Hey all!
Today's freebie is a set of four chalkboard gift tags for printing!
These gift tags are 2 inch by 3 inch and JPG format.
In the download folder you'll find each gift tag by itself, along with a printable 8.5x11 sheet containing nine gift tags which includes each of the four designs.
These are great for printing onto photo paper to cut out and punch a hole in the top...attach to mason jars of goodies (shown in our pic above) or attach Christmas packages/gift bags with some twine or cute Christmas ribbon!
OR, print onto sticker paper and cut out to stick onto your Christmas presents!
PRINTING NOTES/RECOMMENDATIONS:
All printers are different so all printer settings will vary! For my gift tags, I used soft gloss photo paper.
I changed the print setting to "photo paper semi-gloss" and changed the printing resolution to "high".
PRIOR TO making these changes, my printer printed black lines through the black areas...yuck! Once I changed the paper style and the print quality/resolution settings, they printed beautifully!
**I recommend experimenting with your printer with just one tag before printing a whole sheet.**
Also, when just printing one tag, I had to change the print size to "actual size", otherwise my printer was going to print it way bigger than actual size. The print preview window is a huge help...it shows how big your design will look compared to your 8.5x11 paper, along with the placement on the paper of where your design will be.
So... those were the required settings for best printing on my printer, but all printers vary so definitely try one out before printing a bunch!
